Parent Resource Guide
Each student will develop a parent resource guide for parents of a child with a disability. You will provide a brief description of the disability, a list of at least three state/national/local advocacy support organizations, and at least six other resources that could include, articles, Internet sites, specialized programs, pamphlets, etc. No more than 3 of these resources can be online articles. The resource guide must contain all of the above for 2 of the 13 disability categories. The course will divide the disabilities so that the final guide will be comprehensive.
